Beautiful courtyard, clean rooms with nice bathroom amenities, professional staff, good WiFi signal, convenient parking options.

This is the second time I have stayed in this hotel and booked for the Formula One race in Hockenheim (approx. 16 km of it). Beautiful and cultivated hotel plant and the personnel is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean, the hotel beds are very large and comfortable. Hotel complex with good infrastructure with restaurants and bar. Breakfast was very tasty and very varied and rich in true everything is fresh from fruit to preparation. In the hotel restaurant in the evening the food is also very tasty and generous. WLAN is available throughout the hotel with good reception. Parking is available everywhere in front of the hotel entrance and sometimes a bit narrow but great. Hotel breakfast is highly recommended!

The prices are in the high season (Formula One race in Hockenheim) more than twice as expensive as everywhere else but at this hotel the price-performance ratio is good to good.

The facility itself a dream in itself, that staff very nice. My room is in need of renovation. Unfortunately there was hair on the tiles in the bathroom and also on the suitcase rack. It was blond hair and my hair color is dark brown. The complex is located in an industrial area, but in the complex one has the feeling of being in Tuscany.

I had to get up at three o'clock in the morning to be on time for the seminar. I was at the hotel at 8.30 a.m. and at 9 a.m. the seminar started. Ok. the receptionist told me to come by during the break to ask if I could check in with my luggage, and so I did. There was another colleague at the reception who then told me that I could check in earlier, but every hour earlier cost 10 € more. Tired as I was I renounced my room, after the lunch I turned again to the reception and I had luck, the colleague from the morning was there and I could check in free of charge. It was in the meantime 13,30 o'clock. Although not in the room originally intended for me, but I did not care I just wanted to go to my room, unpack and lay down for a short while.

The hotel is located in a quiet area away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Heidelberg, providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The depandances offer various types of sauna beds and relaxation beds, allowing guests to unwind and rejuvenate. The rooms are clean and modern, providing a comfortable stay. The friendly and helpful staff ensure that guests feel well taken care of. The breakfast spread is satisfying with a variety of options to choose from. Some rooms also offer balconies with scenic views.

The noise from the nearby cement manufacturer may disturb some guests.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location is quite unique, nestled in what seems to be an industrial area, yet surrounded by a residential area. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, with room service and housekeeping ensuring that my every need was attended to. The room itself was spacious and well-appointed, with amenities like ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. I particularly enjoyed the sitting area and terrace, which provided a lovely spot to relax and take in the garden view.

In terms of recommendations, I would highly recommend this hotel to families. The spacious rooms and friendly staff make for a welcoming environment for both adults and children.

Well equipped gym and the restaurant was excellent

I had a superior room but it was very basic. No fridge / mini bar or tea / coffee in the room

I liked almost everything especially the outside look and the garden.

After seeing the hotel from the outside with the nice garden and nice reception the hotelroom destroyed the perfectness... Cause it looks too empty and too simple compaired to the rest

The hotel complex creates a great ambience, perfect for a budget traveller. The spacious room has modern furnishings and a lovely bathroom. The balcony offers a breath of fresh air. The friendly staff adds to the positive experience. The courtyard is also beautiful, enhancing the overall atmosphere. The restaurant offers delicious food, and breakfast in the garden is a delightful experience. Free bottles of water and good coffee are provided.

It was very hot But there was no air conditioner

Spacious room, big bathroom. Shower good, but small. Bedding resolved quickly, clean crib provided. Breakfast good, not magnificent. Staff nice to kids. No fridge in room, used reception fridge. Limited time to enjoy facilities. Underground parking convenient. Complex ambiance. Restaurant food very good.

less expensive than in city centre but not worth the ride, we will stay downtown next time
